Well hello my good people. I wanted to let you know that the fabulous, wonderful, exciting Common Core Government Writing Unit can officially make it's way to your classroom! Check it out!

 

 

In this unit, you will find the following topics covered: presidential debates, freedoms, Bill of Rights, The Preamble, levels of government, branches of government, the process of a bill becoming a law, and important amendments.

 

 

I totally wish I would have had this when I was teaching government. I feel like government is such a highly assessed area that I would have loved to use these writing units as supplemental work!
