State Tests and End of the Year!

Wow-za! We started state testing today and what a cruel and unusual punishment for these kiddos! We are constantly movin' and shakin' in my classroom so asking my kiddos to sit for over an hour per section is awful. My poor babies. I know my teacher friends feel me on this one! Ugh.

In other news, I am pretty sure I rocked some TPT Appreciation Sale. Seriously, if you haven't stopped by to stock up on your favorites, its a must! I love a good sale! My store is all on sale so now is a fabulous time to stock up for next year! You'll be glad you did. And don't forget to take an additional 10% off by using code TAD13.

Speaking of TPT, I have worked and worked to get this unit finished in time to add it to your cart for the Teacher Appreciation Sale. It is an end of the Year Unit for 4th and 5th Grade  and is aligned to The Common Core Standards. Your kiddos will calculate how long in seconds, minutes, days, and weeks they have been in school this year. They will play number games with their graduation year, and even do a little research on their college choice. If I am really being honest with ya'll, this is my most favorite unit yet!

Alright people, I have not been able to sleep the last few nights because I have had crazy thoughts about these state tests. I am going to try and get in the bed before 10 tonight. Love ya'll and Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! Think about how far your babies have come this year! It's a fascinating thing!

  1. In Wisconsin, we test in October...which I thought was horrible. But now I can't see why so many states are testing in May...I can't even concentrate now!

Your blog is adorable! So glad I found you through Currently. I'm off to check out your TPT store. Have a great weekend!
